1. What this program is
“Ombrie Appointment Reminders” is the text message program of Morus Media GmbH, trading as Ombrie (ombrie.de). It sends appointment confirmations and appointment reminders to people who have booked a call with us themselves.
It is not a marketing program: we never send offers, promotions or any other advertising on this channel.
2. How you opt in
You join only by booking a call yourself on our public booking page and entering your own mobile number into the booking form. The notice about text messages is shown directly at that form.
We never buy, rent or import phone numbers from third parties. No number is ever added that was not entered by its owner in that form.
3. What we send and how often
Message frequency: up to 5 messages per booked appointment. We send nothing else from this number.
- Booking confirmation right after you book
- Reminder 24 hours before the appointment
- Reminder 2 hours before the appointment
- Reminder 15 minutes before the appointment
- Confirmation with a rebooking link if you cancel or reschedule
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Ombrie charges nothing for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
5. Opting out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message. The messages end immediately and permanently. You receive one final confirmation and nothing further from this number.
Reply START if you later want to receive them again.
6. Help (HELP)

7. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your mobile data is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described elsewhere in our privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data. Your number is used solely to deliver the messages described above.
Messages are delivered through Twilio Inc. acting only as our technical service provider under a data processing agreement. Twilio does not receive your number for its own marketing purposes.
